Locations

Locations → Locations lists every warehouse/store location you have access to.

Column	Meaning
Active	Whether the location participates at all. Inactive rows are dimmed.
Can Ship	The location can dispatch shipments (not just hold stock).
Skip Auto Assign	New orders are not automatically distributed here — items must be assigned manually.
Priority	Order in which auto-assignment considers locations (0 = highest).
External Code	The location’s identifier in external systems (ERP, carriers). Hidden by default — enable it via the Columns picker.

Location setup itself (creating locations, changing flags) is an administrator task.
