Stock

Locations → Stock shows one row per location + SKU with:

  • Qty — quantity currently recorded at the location,
  • Reserved — quantity claimed by open fulfillment orders that have not shipped yet,
  • Available — Qty − Reserved, i.e. what can still be promised. A negative value is highlighted and means the location is over-committed,
  • ERP SKU — the article code used by your ERP, alongside the webshop SKU.

Filter by SKU, ERP SKU or quantity range. Stock quantities are synchronized from your ERP/warehouse system — this screen is read-only.
